Ever Wonder What Happens to Your Bag After Check-In?

SITE Canada members have a unique opportunity for a behind the scenes tour of the Air Canada Behind the Scenes Airport Tour.

 This tour is limited to 30 SITE Canada members - a waiting list is available for members.

 Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Air Canada Foundation - Helping Kids Spread Their Wings.

REGISTRATION

NOTE: Your registration will be cancelled if you are not a member. Walk-ins not permitted.

Arrival & Parking

Parking Location:

Terminal 1 Paid Parking Garage

Parking Cost: Parking is at the participant's own expense.

Please allow extra time for parking and making your way to the meeting location.

Meeting Location

Terminal 1, Level 2

Please meet near the information signs directly outside the parking area. A more specific meeting point will be provided closer to the event date.

ID Requirements

All participants must bring a valid government-issued photo ID, either:

Driver's License

Passport

Participants without valid identification may not be permitted to participate in the tour.

Tour Duration

Approximately 2 to 3 hours

The tour is expected to conclude at approximately 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Food & Beverage

Participants will have the opportunity to stop within the terminal during the tour to purchase snacks or refreshments if desired.  Please note there will be no food and beverage served during the event

Additional Information

-          Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

-          Airport operational areas may have specific security requirements.

-          Final meeting instructions will be communicated prior to the event.
